Shipping terms:
We ship by default to the following countries:
- Germany (mainland + islands): €3.95
Within Germany shipping is free for orders of at least 50 euros.
- Austria: €13.99
- Other EU countries: €13.99
- UK: €19.99
If you wish to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an email
(hello@cosanea.de) before placing your order with the complete shipping address and your intended purchase.
We will then inform you as quickly as possible wether we can arrange shipping and at what rate.
Terms of delivery
Our current domestic delivery times (Germany) are up to 5 working days after receipt
of an order and for deliveries abroad up to 7 working days after receipt of an order (if advance payment has been agreed,
after we receive your payment).
Please note that we ship on working days and that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
